$50,000 over 5 years to The Bridge
“We would like to extend our appreciation to The Neighbourhood Charitable Alliance for their recent commitment to support The Bridge with a donation totalling $50,000 over five years.
The Bridge is a Youth Resource Centre established to assist youth (ages 14-24) with their needs, including basic living necessities and care. The Centre will assist initially in extending an avenue for youth with needs in positioning themselves for a brighter future, one with hope for a full life and an opportunity to realize their potential. The extension of the vision of The Bridge Includes a residential component to house homeless youth, a major issue in our communities and a particular focus of The Bridge. The donation highlighted above will assist greatly in The Bridge achieving its present goals and eventual fulfillment of its vision to serve the youth of the Erie Shores area.
The work of The Neighbourhood Charitable Alliance, with its group of dedicated community minded volunteers, has made this partnership possible and will certainly contribute to the success of The Bridge. Their purpose in raising funds to help local organizations, families and individuals is a testament to the heart of their organization and the desire to “give back” to the communities they call home. We are very fortunate to have this group working on our behalf for the betterment of all and The Bridge is grateful to be chosen as a recipient of their support.
